We’re on the hunt for a Sales Uptime & Technology Manager. Are you passionate about keeping high-performance sales environments running seamlessly through smart, reliable technology? As a Sales Uptime & Technology Manager, you will own and optimise the technology that powers our sales teams. You will ensure our CRM, diallers, integrations and operational systems are stable, scalable, and continuously improving. You will work across IT, operations, and leadership to drive uptime, improve workflows, and enable trading continuity across the business.

If you have the following:

• 4–6 years’ experience in sales technology, CRM operations, product ownership, or business systems

• Experience working in sales environments such as telesales, BPO, financial services or similar

• Strong understanding of systems, workflows, integrations and operational optimisation

• Proven ability to improve system performance, uptime and operational efficiency
