We're on the hunt for a Sales Intelligence & Lead Operations Manager.

As a Sales Intelligence & Lead Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimising the flow of more than 1 million leads per month, ensuring leads are segmented, prioritised, and operationally aligned to maximise conversion, contact ability, productivity, and sales performance. You'll partner closely with Telesales, Workforce Planning, Dialer Operations, and Data teams to drive operational excellence and commercial outcomes.
If you have the following:
4–6 years' experience in Sales Operations, Lead Operations, Workforce Planning, Commercial Operations, Operational Analytics, or Dialer Operations within a high-volume outbound environment
Strong analytical skills with proven experience using data to improve conversion, productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue performance
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI and reporting tools
Experience working with CRM systems, lead management platforms, and operational reporting environments
A solid understanding of outbound telesales, customer acquisition, contact centre, BPO, financial services, or insurance operations
The ability to identify operational bottlenecks, optimise lead utilisation, support forecasting, and align lead volumes with operational capacity
Exposure to predictive dialers, SQL, workforce planning, workflow automation, APIs, or AI-driven operational improvement initiatives (advantageous)
