We're on the hunt for a Product Owner: CRM & ERP. Are you passionate about improving business processes, customer journeys and operational systems that make organisations run better? You'll play a key role in shaping how our CRM and ERP platforms support customers, staff and business operations. As a Product Owner: CRM & ERP, you will own and evolve CRM and ERP processes, helping ensure they are connected, scalable and practical for the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear product priorities, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive the successful delivery of platform enhancements. You'll also help optimise integrations, workflows and data flows across multiple business systems.

If you have the following, we'd love to hear from you:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar product-focused role.

• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot or similar solutions.

• Strong understanding of product roadmaps, backlog management, user stories, testing and Agile delivery practices.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management or a related field.
