As a Senior Recruiter, you'll be responsible for building the frontline teams that fuel our sales engine. From high-volume sales recruitment to senior sales leadership appointments, you'll identify, attract and secure the talent that keeps our business growing. Working closely with leaders across Sales, Operations and People teams, you'll play a key role in workforce planning, talent strategy and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes at scale.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years' recruitment experience within a high-volume or bulk recruitment environment.

• Proven experience hiring sales, customer-facing or operational talent at scale.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for bringing teams together to achieve business goals.

• Experience using recruitment data, technology and sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
