Senior Recruitment Manager

As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you will lead and continuously improve our end-to-end recruitment engine across multiple international campaigns. You'll work closely with Operations, Clients, HR, Marketing, and Workforce Planning teams to ensure we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at pace while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
If you have the following:
6–8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years in a high-volume operational, contact centre, BPO, or fast-growth environment
Experience leading and developing recruitment teams while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Proven success building, redesigning, and optimizing recruitment processes rather than simply managing existing ones
Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer management, onboarding handover, and workforce planning
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to use recruitment metrics to make proactive business decisions and improve hiring outcomes
Experience working with ATS platforms, recruitment technology, workflow automation tools, and recruitment reporting dashboards
Practical experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, process automation, reporting, or overall recruitment efficiency
Strong stakeholder and client management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and client stakeholders using data-driven insights and recommendations
Experience building talent pipelines, sourcing strategies, referral programmes, university partnerships, and employer branding initiatives
A solid understanding of South African labour legislation and recruitment compliance requirements
