As a Business Performance Lead, you will design and optimise campaign performance frameworks, connect operational inputs to client KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across people, process, and technology to enable scalable, sustainable delivery.

If you have the following:

• 7–10+ years’ experience in performance-led environments (BPO, financial services, shared services or similar)

• Strong analytical and modelling capability with experience using BI tools

• Proven experience building performance frameworks or optimisation initiatives

• Experience working cross-functionally across Commercial, Operations, Data and Technology teams
