As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO to shape strategic priorities, solve complex business challenges, and lead high-impact initiatives that influence the future direction of the organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a critical role in accelerating business performance, unlocking growth opportunities, and driving transformation across the business.
This role is ideally suited to a high-performing professional with 5+ years' experience who combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for AI, technology, and innovation. You will be expected to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment where ownership and accountability matter.
A key measure of success in this role will be the ability to lead and own at least 2-3 strategic projects each year on behalf of the CEO, driving initiatives from concept through to implementation and measurable business impact. You will also play a leading role in identifying, adopting, and leveraging AI and technology-enabled solutions that improve organisational performance, scalability, and competitive advantage.
For the right individual, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain enterprise-wide exposure, work alongside senior leaders, and build the leadership capability required to progress into a senior executive leadership role within approximately three years.

Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capability
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities that create measurable business value
A proven track record of leading initiatives and delivering successful business outcomes
The ability to navigate complexity, simplify ambiguity, and drive execution
Experience leveraging AI, automation, or technology to improve business performance, decision-making, or growth
Strong analytical capability and the ability to translate insights into action
The confidence and credibility to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders
A high degree of ownership, accountability, and personal drive
5+ years' experience in strategy, consulting, commercial leadership, business transformation, operations, finance, technology, or a related environment
A degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
