As General Manager – USA (Business & Operations), you will own the performance of our US business, balancing commercial growth with operational delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and global delivery teams, leading managers and teams supporting the US market, and building a strong leadership culture that reflects how @The Unlimited shows up in the world.

If you have the following:

· Experience leading managers and teams within complex operations or business units

· Exposure to US or international markets through clients, revenue ownership, or distributed teams

· Commercial accountability, such as owning revenue targets, budgets, or P&L components

· A hands‑on leadership style with strong ownership and follow‑through
