As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timeous processing of weekly and monthly commissions and payroll-related payments. This is a specialist role within the Finance team, responsible for delivering high-quality payroll outputs while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance.

Please note this is a 6-month fixed term contract role!

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately calculating weekly commissions, ensuring payments are processed on the same day.

• Produce weekly payslips.

• Accurately calculating monthly commissions, performance bonuses, and producing payslips, with payments processed by the 15th of each month.

• Tracking and ensuring the processing of all recoveries.

• Producing month-end payroll and commission reports timeously for Finance.

• Working extensively in Advanced Excel to perform complex calculations and validations.

• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.

If you have the following:

• Experience in payroll or finance administration.

• A payroll or finance-related tertiary qualification (advantageous).

• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF and combined formulas).

• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to work accurately under pressure.

• Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

• Willing to join on a 6-month fixed term contract.
