Head of UX/UI
We’re on the hunt for a Head of UX & UI – Front‑End Systems who can turn complex, multi‑platform experiences into simple, intuitive, high‑performing journeys. Are you passionate about systems‑level design, user research, and creating cohesive experiences across customer, agent, and internal platforms? If so, we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you will define, govern, and evolve UX/UI standards across all user‑facing systems while leading ongoing research programs that inform product, platform, and end‑to‑end journey decisions. You’ll create and execute a credible, multi‑phase UX/UI roadmap aligned with product, technology, and business priorities. You’ll reduce friction and inconsistency across front‑end systems through rigorous design thinking, and you’ll act as the primary UX/UI authority partnering closely with Product, IT, Brand, and Digital teams.
If you have:
A qualification in HCI, UX/Interaction Design, Product/Industrial/Information Design, or Computer Science (with strong design experience)
10+ years in UX/UI with 5+ years in senior leadership
Strong systems‑level design thinking and front‑end technical fluency
Experience shaping complex product ecosystems and influencing cross‑functionally
Behavioral insight and a track record of delivering cohesive, user‑centered experiences
