We’re on the hunt for a Programme Analyst! Are you passionate about strengthening The Unlimited Child’s digital ecosystem by integrating data analytics, monitoring & evaluation, and ICT innovation to ensure programme decisions are accurately data‑driven? Do you thrive in a creative team? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!

As a Programme Analyst, you will design and manage digital data collection tools, analyse programme data to produce actionable insights, automate processes, and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making. Core skills include:

• Data analysis and dashboard creation

• Digital tool design and management

• Automation using Python/R/SQL

• AI-driven reporting (AWS, Copilot, Power BI AI Insights)

If you have the following:

• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, ICT, Education, or related field

• 2–3+ years’ experience in data analytics, M&E, or ICT4D

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and AI tools

• Experience with Python/R/SQL or automation
