As Head of Sales and Fulfilment, you will:
Drive operational excellence and efficiency in all campaigns within the UK.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine market strategy, translating it into actionable plans and metrics.
Optimize processes from lead generation to deal closure, implementing tools and technologies to support efficiency.
Define and monitor KPIs, provide regular reporting, and address underperformance through coaching and process improvements.
Enable teams with resources, training, and up-to-date sales collateral.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and customer success.
Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, generating insights for informed decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, building a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
If you have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales/customer service operations or management, with a track record of driving performance and efficiency.
Strong understanding of sales/customer service processes and best practices.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), automation tools, and analytics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Strategic thinking, business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset.
