Commercial Lead - Distribution
We’re on the hunt for a Commercial Lead – Distribution. Are you passionate about driving commercial strategy, optimising cost structures, and translating data into actionable insights that influence executive decision-making? Do you thrive in a focused, solutions-driven team? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!
As a Commercial Lead, you will take ownership of our distribution commercials, including cost of sale, lifetime value (LTV), and REM models. You will be responsible for leading data insights and reporting through cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluations, managing distribution owner tax implications, and acting as the strategic link between the Distribution team and senior stakeholders such as the CFO, CEO, and CGO.
If you have the following:
CIMA, CA or ACMA qualification
Eight or more years of experience in commercial leadership roles
Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts — including generating insights from data
Strong understanding of tax structures and their impact on distribution
A history of delivering measurable commercial improvements and influencing senior decision-makers
