Creative Director
At The Unlimited, we believe in building brands that move people. As our Creative Director, you’ll lead how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced across every touchpoint. You’ll bring together strategy, design, and storytelling to create work that’s not just on brand but world class. You’ll guide a talented internal team and collaborate with agency partners to deliver creative that inspires belief and delivers a WOW experience.
How You’ll Unleash Impact
– Translate brand strategy into creative that connects across campaigns, content, digital, social, and more
– Set the standard for what great looks like and ensure all creative is distinctive, aligned, and emotionally resonant
– Lead concept development and execution of key brand initiatives
– Collaborate with Product, Journeys, Digital, and Social teams to ensure a seamless brand experience
– Partner with the Head of Brand Strategy and Head of Brand Integrity & Experience to align creative with business goals
– Inspire and manage a small internal creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth
– Work with agency and production partners to co-create standout brand work
– Review and approve creative to ensure it aligns with our CI, tone of voice, and strategic objectives
– Streamline creative operations, including briefing, workflow, approvals, and asset production
– Champion the use of templates, toolkits, and design systems to scale excellence
– Stay ahead of creative trends and technologies, especially AI
– Explore tools that elevate creativity, improve consistency, and scale content production
What Makes You Unstoppable
– A bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, visual communication, or a related field
– At least eight years in brand or creative leadership roles, ideally across both in-house and agency environments
– A proven track record of leading creative operations at scale
– Experience mentoring and managing creative professionals
– Strong storytelling, design, and brand expression skills
– The ability to turn strategy into standout ideas
– Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills
– A tech-forward mindset and curiosity about AI
– High standards for detail, craft, and creative excellence
