We're on the hunt for a Programme Manager!
Do you have a passion for driving impactful early childhood programmes? We’re looking for a strategic leader to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of The Unlimited Child’s early learning initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead operational delivery and strategic planning
• Oversee programme monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
• Support curriculum development and compliance
• Manage donor reporting and communications
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation

We’re looking for someone with:

• A relevant degree and strong programme management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and budgeting skills
• Familiarity with the ECD and socio-development landscape
• Experience in M&E, curriculum support, and team development
