What You'll Do:

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Strategic leadership and development of Market Conduct, QA, and Forensics.
• Driving operational excellence and process optimization within the departments.
• Ensuring robust risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Delivering data-driven insights through performance measurement and analysis.
• Cultivating impactful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A 3-year degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Progressive leadership experience within an Operations and/or Risk environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage complex processes.
• Strong cognitive ability, achievement/influence motivations, and a proactive, collaborative personality.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.
