Position: Data Optimisation Lead

What You'll Do: As our Data Optimisation Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our data systems to ensure efficient and effective campaign performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data System Optimisation: You will configure and manage data systems, including CRM and URI systems, to ensure optimal strategies for data handling. This includes pacing, prioritisation, and routing to maximise agent productivity and campaign outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: You will monitor real-time and historical performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement necessary adjustments to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and campaign-specific guidelines while optimising data handling strategies. Your role will be critical in maintaining compliance and ensuring data integrity.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to agents and supervisors on data system usage and best practices. Your expertise will help enhance productivity and campaign outcomes through effective system utilisation.
• Reporting: Generate and analyse reports on data system performance, agent productivity, and campaign results. Use these insights to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in data optimisation within a call center environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and IP skills.
• Strong understanding of outbound call center operations, including dialing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with CRM and URI systems.
